Can you believe that we are 3 weeks away from ApollyCon 2018?
And the event organizers be like:
Just kidding, we’re:
That being said, we wanted to make sure that each of you has all the tools to be fully prepared for the main event!
A lot of the info below can be found via our ApollyCon 2018 Attendees Info folder, so make sure you bookmark it to have all event info in once place: http://bit.ly/ApollyCon2018-AttendeesInfo.
First things first: Let’s talk about tickets.
If you’re attending with a group, or have multiple tickets that are under one name–DON’T WORRY ABOUT HAVING INDIVIDUAL NAMES ON EACH TICKET. It’s actually easier to have one person’s name on the tickets, as they can pick up all of the tickets at once. If you’d like to read up on our full ticketing info (including transfer info should you plan to sell tickets to someone else), go here. Next, let’s talk about on-site registration/check-in.
Most important thing to keep in mind: there are no specific days and times for check-in for certain ticket types. Regardless of which ticket type(s)/level(s) you have, you can check in on any of the days/times listed below:
March 22, 2018 (Thursday): 5 pm – 9 pm
March 23, 2018 (Friday): 7:30 am – 8 pm
March 24, 2018 (Saturday): 9 am – 3 pm
