REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY:
REFUND POLICY: WE WILL ALLOW REFUNDS (VIA ORDER CANCELLATIONS) UNTIL NOVEMBER 17TH, 2017 ONLY. After that date, we will not offer any further refunds for cancellations.
REPLACEMENT POLICY: We will do everything we can to ensure that everyone’s order is fulfilled correctly. That being said, keep in mind that due to the high volume of orders, mistakes can happen. If a mistake does occur, we will offer a couple options to fix it. (See below.)
If you receive your order and it is incorrect, here is how we will handle order replacements/corrections:
- IF YOU RECEIVE AN UNSIGNED/UNPERSONALIZED BOOK, WE WILL ASK YOU TO EMAIL A PICTURE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES (FOR US TO CONFIRM).
- IF YOU ORDERED SIGNED (UNPERSONALIZED) BOOK(S): WE WILL OFFER TO SEND YOU A SIGNED BOOKPLATE FOR YOUR UNSIGNED COPIES. (ONE BOOKPLATE PER UNSIGNED BOOK.)
- IF YOU ORDERED A PERSONALIZED COPY: WE WILL ASK THAT YOU SHIP BACK YOUR NON-PERSONALIZED COPY BACK TO US, AND WE WILL SHIP OUT A CORRECTED REPLACEMENT COPY ONCE IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
**NOTE: WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOST, OR DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING. All orders will be shipped via Priority USPS shipping, which comes with insurance. IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, take photos of the packaging, the damages, and the shipping label in order to file a claim via USPS for a refund.
